Stop by the DeKalb County History Center and Ellwood House booth
During our “Common Threads” program – on June 19th at the DeKalb Juneteenth Celebration, and again on August 13 – we are collaborating with Ellwood House Museum to explore ways of depicting the world around us through quilts. We’ll gather inspiration from Black quilters through history and create our own unique designs, stitching them together to create one “community quilt.”
