Interested in spending time this fall researching your family? Have you been researching for a while and hit a dead end? Need some new ideas on where to look? Julie Dresser will be teaching her seven-week genealogy class starting on Tuesday, September 22. She will start with an overview of genealogy and then get into specific areas to research each week. Topics will include: local and national repositories; finding your family in the census; birth, marriage and death records; home sources; military records and much more.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays in September. Evaluations from previous classes repeatedly share that the information Dresser presents is good for those just starting to research their family and for those who have been working on their genealogy for years.
The classes will be from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. via Zoom. There is a $25 charge and registration is limited. To register call 815-895-5762 or email email@example.com
