“Cooking Seasonally”

Jo Cessna and Rachael Koroscki, culinary instructors from Northwestern Medicine’s Leishman Center for Culinary Health, will continue a series of programs based on seasonal cooking and building upon the DeKalb County History Center’s award-winning exhibit “Food Gathering Around the Table.”

The September program will feature sweet potatoes as the main star as well as the bounty of fall produce.
